Prepared with 107g of fruit per 100g, this delicious curd is bursting with the juicy flavours of the very finest English raspberries, and makes a luxurious addition to a simple breakfast or classic afternoon tea. Spread over warm toast or topped on a cream-laden scone, this curd adds the deliciously sweet flavour of summer fruits to a variety of foods. It can also be used in a variety of desserts, from classics such as Eton Mess and Summer Pudding, to home-made ice cream, tarts and cheesecakes. A 'must-try' delicacy.
