Guidebook: Wrest Park

Wrest Park belonged to the Grey family from the Middle Ages until the early 20th century. The present house was built in the 1830s and this prompted the creation of the formal gardens near the house. The woodland garden beyond had been developed over several previous generations. A walk through the woods and along the canals, guided by the text and the illustration on the centre pages, will reveal many fascinating garden buildings and ornaments.
