10inch Plate - Darwin Collection

This collection has been created to commemorate the 200th Anniversary of the birth of Charles Darwin, and also the 150th Anniversary of the publication of Origin of Species.

The imagery incorporates key elements in the life of Charles Darwin, his homes, schools, and drawings from his own beautifully illustrated manuscripts of creatures in the Galapagos Islands. Hand decorated utilizing 22 carat gold, made using Fine Bone China. Made in Stoke-on-Trent.
