Tthis recipe is tangy and full flavoured. English Heritage Gooseberry Chutney is fabulous with cold lamb, baked potatoes or blue cheese, and can be used in some mackerel recipes. Like many of our chutneys it can be used to add flavour to stuffing mixes.
