ADMIRALTY ARCH, The Mall, Westminster, London. A view of the Arch and Mall in 1923 taken by Bedford Lemere. Admiralty Arch was designed by Sir Aston Webb and built in 1910 as part of the Queen Victoria memorial scheme. The central archway is used only on ceremonial occasions.
