Made by hand in Bath, England, this highly collectable bust depicts twice British Prime Minister and victor of the Battle of Waterloo, the Duke of Wellington (1769-1852).
The base features a montage of sculptures relevant to his life, including a battle scene and Napoleon. It is etched with his words, "The business of war and indeed life is guessing what's on the other side of the hill".
A great gift for any historian, the bust is supplied with a gift tag featuring a caricature of Wellington together with a famous quote and an explanation of it.
