Coronavirus (COVID-19) Statement:
All warehouse and distribution colleagues are following government guidelines in relation to social distancing and safe working practices. A rigorous cleaning regime is in place. Any delivery drivers or external people are being reminded of these guidelines and we have altered our operating procedures to ensure that social distancing is in place throughout our processes. We have also reduced the numbers of colleagues that are working to a minimum. We continue to monitor the government advice and updates and we will alter our ways of working accordingly.

Where stated on the product page some items within our product range will be delivered to you direct from our approved supplier. You can expect confirmation of delivery direct from the supplier. If your order contains items delivered by English Heritage these will be delivered separately. These items are only available for UK Mainland delivery and delivery times vary, please refer to product page.
Delivery will be arranged directly by our supplier and you will be contacted by them close to the delivery time with a proposed delivery date. Please contact the supplier direct using the contact details provided by them to discuss the delivery should you have any questions or need to alter the delivery date.

Place order before 12pm (GMT) on Friday for Saturday delivery. Orders after this time will arrive the following Saturday. Please note a signature is required. Saturday delivery is only available to UK mainland addresses only.

Overseas Heavy Items Delivery:
Larger items e.g. Garden furniture, will incur a variable shipping rate depending on country. This will be shown at basket stage. Expect delivery by courier within 28 days of placing your order.
Please Note: Some countries may charge tax and duty. This is the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If the customer has incorrectly applied the wrong shipping area. If this affects an order you placed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Do we deliver to your address?
We deliver to most postal areas in the UK and overseas. Delivery of certain products to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man, Overseas and BFPO addresses may not always be possible and deliveries to Russia require a business address.
English Heritage Wine:
It may take longer to deliver to remote areas, including the following post codes: AB, BT, DD 8-11, HS, IV, KA 27-28, KW, PA20-23, 28-29, 31, 34, 41 onwards, PH8, 10, 16, 18 onwards, TR21-25, ZE. We do not deliver wine to any address outside of Europe.
Next day delivery options do not apply to the following postcodes: AB31 onwards, BT, HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA16 onwards, PH4 onwards, PO30-41 and ZE. We do not deliver hampers to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles or any address outside the UK.
What if I’m not in when you deliver?
Deliveries are usually made on Mondays to Fridays between 9am and 5:30pm. If you or the intended recipient is not available, each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.
When will my products be delivered?
After you have placed your order online, we will send you an order confirmation email with the subject ‘Thank you for your purchase at English Heritage’.
If you have not received this email within 24 hours of placing your order or your products have not been delivered within the timescale stated in the email, then please send an email to our customer services team: email@example.com or call our dispatch centre: 01761 452966.
What if my order or part of my order has not arrived?
If your order does not arrive as per our delivery schedule above please call us on 01761 452966 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, please have your order reference number or order date to hand. Please contact us within 30 days of the date of your order.
