This Boxing Day Chutney is an apricot chutney with corriander seeds and is a great chutney for cold meats, perfect for cheese and in sandwiches. Backed full of apricots, orange and coriander, it's a really tasty combination. Try adding a spoonful to a stew or curry.

Ingredients: Apricots (29%) [apricots, rice flour, sulphur dioxide], cider vinegar, sugar, water, onion, sultanas [sultanas, cottonseed oil], orange, ginger, acidity regulator: citric acid, garlic, salt, coriander (0.2%), spices.
