Braes O Gowrie Sparkling Elderflower is a superior non-alcoholic drink made from the most fragrant elder blossoms. Hand-picked fresh in early summer from the wild bushes in the carse of gowrie, Perthshire. It has a beautiful flavour, delicate and uplifting, and can be enjoyed on its own or with fine food. Occasionally, elderflower pollen may settle in the bottle, adding to the flavour.
