Mead predates history, possibly even beer and wine. It's honey and fermentation, both ancient and enduring – a tribute to what humans can create when working in harmony with nature.
This ginger mead is part of our delicious range of meads and country wines made for us in England by the award-winning Lyme Bay Winery. These drinks are inspired by traditional recipes and created using modern methods to ensure the characteristic flavour of the fruits, flowers and plants is retained.
