Shutdown Policy
We’ve temporarily closed the online shop to make some exciting improvements. When it reopens in early autumn 2027, it will be simpler to shop for your favourites and easier to find new products you’ll love.

Returns and exchanges
To request a return, please contact our customer service team on +44 (0)370 0341556, email ehonlineshop@staciuk.com or use our online return form here.
Because of the updates we're making, you have until 1 November 2026 to return your products.
Items must be returned unused and unopened, in their original packaging. If the reason for your return is that it's 'no longer required', we'll deduct a £3.50 refund processing fee.

We aren’t able to offer exchanges.
After 10am 2nd November:
The cutoff for returns has passed, so you can no longer return your order unless in specific circumstances.
