The English Heritage Traditional Mead is a sweet, deliciously full-flavoured honey-based wine; bright amber gold in colour with aromas of rich honeycomb bursting through. Almost like a dessert wine, the honey flavour is natural and clean, with a cider-esque mouthfeel and balance of acid to flavour. A great accompaniment to strong cheeses and full-flavoured casseroles.
