Handmade in small batches by our specialist suppliers, this wonderfully thick and fruity Rhubarb and Ginger Preserve encapsulates the flavours of an English summer. Prepared using only the very finest fruits, this preserve tastes sublime slathered on hot buttered toast, crumpets or scones, or it can be used to add a touch of spice to traditional puddings such as Rhubarb Fool and crumble.
