Ginger wine is a classic heart-warming wine, full of character with a clean taste. A versatile wine that can be served either chilled or warmed through for frosty nights or mixed with fruit juices to create summer cocktails. Great when enjoyed with most cheeses, but extra special with soft brie or camembert. A classic, sweet and warming wine that carries a kick.
Our carefully selected range of country wines are made in small batches with great care for English Heritage by the award winning Lyme Bay Winery. These country wines are inspired by traditional recipes and created using modern methods to ensure the characteristic flavour of the fruits, flowers and plants is retained.
